Give it some mussel

I love mussels. I love cleaning them, pulling off all the little beards and swirling them around in the water (just like the kids playing with the water tray at nursery!). I love cooking them - usually mariniere style, but tonight with Thai flavourings.

Most of all, of course, I love eating them. Yum!
