Old men making music

Two men playing Samisen or the Chinese equivalent at the Beihai Park, Beijing.
One often seen older people making use of the parks in this way. Either playing instruments for their own enjoyment or playing mah- jong.
They also do tai chi, though I never saw any this trip. I saw a few last time I was in China fours ago in the smaller city of Xi'an. Perhaps the air in Beijing is not so conducive to breathing in lots of filthy air!
