Blown in!

This morning I went to U3A and parked at F's house as usual. I saw all of these leaves that Hurricane Ophelia had blown into his and next door's paths so they have another job to do! . The only damage at my house was the runner bean wigwam that had blown over but they'd pretty well finished anyway.

The talk was very interesting - all about timber framed houses and how to tell their age. Lots of chat with friends too.

This afternoon I mowed the lawn and planted my tubs with winter pansies so the garden looks a bit tidier now.
