Deja vu. Or here we go again.

Last week I used an almost identical blip. The idiots involved are back. Slight differences this week the position has been readjusted to cause maximum inconvenience, and the sign says four way (well it is a cross roads if you include the cul de sac with two houses) but there are only three sets of lights.
Will the lights be taken away again in a couple of days without any work being done?
