Danish tiles

My godmother and great-aunt, who went to Tanganyika (now part of Tanzania) as a medical missionary in 1949, married a Danish teacher she met on the boat on the way out. After Africa they settled in Denmark and these tiles were a gift from her that I've kept and enjoyed for over 40 years. My great-aunt is no longer with us but my Danish cousins are still an important part of my family.
