Isopogon
Commonly known as the "Drumstick" plant our Isopogons at Wombat Hollow are just bursting out of their skins. This is another wonderful creation of nature and I just love the symmetrics.
CCN and I had a big afternoon potting up some of the grasses that have been munched by the Wombats and Wallabies. Sue from the Blue Mountains Conservation Society very kindly dropped a couple of boxes of native potting mix in yesterday so that we could give them the best chance of recovery. They are now safely behind the cyclone fence in the veggie patch in what is known as the "Recovery Ward". Let's hope they come good and are so well established that we can plant them out once again.
