Tourist

Despite working in the cultural heritage sector, I am really bad about going to museums and galleries, in that I hardly every do it.  I don't know if it's the busman's holiday thing or something else.  Anyway, I had a day off today as I needed to both get the car serviced and go to the doctor.  I spent some time between appointments in the Tweeddale Museum and Art Gallery in Peebles - my first visit.  Enjoyable, not least for the lovely view out the window on the stairs.
