The Root of the Problem

Poor TJ chose a rather back-breaking job in the garden today - digging out the roots of the tree he took down recently.  This proved to be much more complicated than he first thought, as the tree had put out thick roots in all directions.  He's going to tackle it in stages:-)

I had the much more pleasant job of planting some more bulbs, mainly tulips.  Extra shows just a few of the empty packets!  Hope it will be a lovely display in the Spring.
