Work work balance

Sure, it looks muddy and murky just now although after it had been pasteurised it was much paler and by tomorrow when most of the tiny little bits of apple have fallen to the bottom, it'll look almost drinkable, like it was cider. Although it won't be because it's been pasteurised. It'll just be apple juice. The cider - all 230 litres of it - will take a wee while longer before it too gets pasteurised.

That came after the other work, the proper work that involves sitting at a computer for a few hours. It's a nice mix - some sitting down work and then some standing around in the cold work, cleaning apples and squishing them.
