A Darling Duet of Doe in Dappled Daylight

It was day number 3 on the never-ending roof. Doug, Bob, and I got one side of the house done, and we wrassled off half of the old shingles on the other side. Half the house, and a 2 car garage to go. WHEW!

I had heard various rumors that this community has a resident red fox, and several head of deer, and as I was leaving at 5 p.m., THERE THEY WERE!! 2 good-sized does, and this mama and her yearling. Always fun to see.


Off to bed...feeling tired, beat, exhausted, and old. But, life is good, and I feel good about helping.
