A beautiful mess

We've had strong winds and heavy rainfall the past few days resulting in some flooding and power outages.  Our beautiful huge cedar tree is flagging, which is a natural process of shedding old foliage, so now our entire backyard is covered in this said foliage.  Not surprising considering the hot summer we had.  

The hubster groaned when he looked outside after coming home from work today realizing the job that awaited him.
