This is now where I spend at least one hour a day after work.
I used to run Mondays to Fridays right up until the gym burnt down. After a four month delay I have restarted in an attempt to lose two stone by Christmas.
I don't do the weights or sitting on the multi gym looking fit I much prefer to sweat like you wouldn't believe.
I earn all these extra Weight Watcher 'Pro Points' and don't eat one.
Good boy!!
