Thai Crab Cakes and Scottish Chilli Dressing

Fusion food of the first order. Lettuce grown in pots in our back garden. Thai Crab Cakes from Clarks Fishmongers in Musselburgh. Do not go past Fisherrow Harbour without visiting them. Just the best fish. Chilli dressing from our friends Carol Anne and Kevin at Cochrane Cottage. You don't need much, it's got quite a kick, and really spiced up the salad.

We got the dressing when we went to visit the Foodies Festival back in the middle of August. It seems like half a life ago. Just as well the Chilli drizzle keeps!
