Apologies for the late blipping. I had such an awful headache late afternoon and early evening I couldn't face looking at a screen.

The first cold run this morning. 9 chilly degrees.
This time last year I was training for the relay marathon. 
I'll be out of the country for it this year (not intentional) so the running is nowhere near as intense. :(
