Abstract in Nature

I have been out with out U3A Bird Watching group and picked this up along the track - as you do.  I was fascinated by the work some little critter has put into this mature eucalyptus leaf so decided to bring it home and take a pic. Despite how deformed the leaf has become I felt it offered a great abstract aspect.  I have put another pic in extra because I just loved the curl of it from this angle.
