Grasmere

I'm falling behind on posting blips, this is yesterday (Wednesday) morning. I went out before breakfast and had an enjoyable proper photo session with tripod, filters the lot. This is a stitch of 3 images of Grasmere from Red Bank.

The first 2 extras are also from Grasmere, the 4th a sheep looking over the Lansdale fells and the last 2 from a pleasant walk around Buttermere with the gang. We were in Keswick for a good meal in the George (cow pie of course) then a very nice evening at the theatre. "Handbagged" is a political comedy that offered differing perspectives of the Thatcher years as seen through the eyes of the Queen and Maggie Thatcher at their weekly meetings in the 80s. It sounds odd but was brilliant and hilarious.
