Shhhhh!

This is one of my present that I have made for my sister for her 18th birthday :) I got the little metal beads from a craft sale all the kind of things she likes and also found a necklace on the internet for her :) I hope she likes it, although it is a little way off but this year I like to think I am prepared for some things ;)
