Hack @ Hursley Day 2

The second and final day of running the hackathon today for me (Annie). During the two days we took a collection of people who mainly hadn't used the agile methodology, and got them creating software quickly and accurately using those techniques. The software developed will hopefully help our company's commitment to volunteering in the community as well.

A great couple of days. It was always going to be a gamble whether the wacky idea paid off - but it did, and it did in style.

The blip is of the stately home at Hursley - not a bad setting for the hack! Owned for nearly 60 years by IBM, it has also been the site of the engine development of Spitfire planes. Beautiful place.
