Ruff ....

Another cattle day today . Once I had everything fed spent the rest of the day hauling cows and calves home from down the road. Six trips and 70 miles later job done.
The 2 herds away to the tup sales at Lanark . Back home with 4 blackface shearlings so should keep us going.
Adam from Lothian Tractors in with a price to change the round baler as it has cost a few bob in repairs this year . Have found from experience that it is false economy to keep a baler past 5 years here.
Now raining just to cheer me up. Won't be cutting silage any time soon judging by the forecast.
