Have been down to the Plant growth facility this afternoon, we went into the Sainsburys building next door to see the technician in charge of the Herbarium, she had recently found hidden Darwin specimens.
It was amazing to see these close up, and take some photo's

The specimens were inside this piece of newspaper dated Wednesday 22 October 1828.
The advert is for ladies and childrens beaver hats. What all the fashionable ladies are wearing.
