Clark's Grebe?

I thought this was a Western Grebe since it was hanging out with them, but when I looked more closely at its colors and feather patterns I decided it looks more than a Clark's Grebe. I love their bright red eyes.

Another windy rainy day....with a couple breaks for getting outside. Nice.

I really don't like making mistakes.....our accountant called to say that my  numbers were not adding up correctly.....so back to the books (luckily it was on my computer) until I figured out the problem. It was simply a coding error, so it was  an easy fix.....but darn, how did I make such a stupid mistake?  I am so grateful that I won't be staying awake tonight worrying about it......glad it was a quick fix.
