Cremation

Took a 5 am "sunrise cruise" on the Ganges this morning; cremations are ongoing on the banks of the river on a 24/7 basis.  (Best viewed full screen).

Somewhat in contrast, the peaceful worship of a group of Buddhists at nearby Sarnath.  (extra)
