Boat Wreck

While meandering down the Rance estuary we came across a boat grave yard which made for some photography opportunities.
chose this one as there was a bit of space in front so that a good image could be taken.
looking up close you could see the time and effort that had gone into making this boat - all those ribs so close together and the boards perfectly tapered to form the shape.
Makes you wonder what happened to bring it to this sorry state and if any lives were lost due to some accident  at sea
