Flower Friday

Think that I uploaded this type of blossom before, sometime last year.

Attended a meeting on the discussion of supporting a cohort of PhD students across 6 UK universities to visit and work with a group of Chinese counterparts in Beijing for two weeks. How to provide necessary training in participating in this cross-site intercultural teamworking and develop engineering leadership becomes one of the key concerns.

Also facilitated a workshop for Arts Management postgraduates from Asian culture background to enable them to develop their intercultural learning through languages and partnership..

I think I deserve the red flower as a means of compliment for today's work. :-)
