Cheater

*sigh*

Called the 24hr service line on my Mastercard to try to sort out the fact that despite having my mobile number linked to my card, when I attempt to use the card online, Mr K’s phone gets the PIN text ... not very useful if he’s away in China or Australia.
The first person I spoke to refused to believe that I had tied my number to my card, and was downright rude.
I called back, praying I didn’t get the same person. Second time around I got someone who had clearly paid attention during the ‘service’ part of the customer service training and although he couldn’t fix the problem directly, he was prepared to tell me what to do to ensure that Mr K doesn’t know when I’m shopping online!
