The Joy Of Discomfort

With Super Typhoon Lan expected to hit us on Monday, I was darned if I was going to spend a long weekend cooped up indoors so, despite the pouring rain, I went for a 22 kilometers run. Cold, drenched - I loved it! Feeling great after a hot shower and a curry, and now looking forward to a Thunderbirds marathon this afternoon. F.A.B.
