Swimming not recommended this morning

With all the high winds and high tides forecast with storm Brian we thought that we would get out this morning to see what we would find.
Seems that storm Brian must have passed more to the north than forecast and so we did not get such dramatic scenes as anticipated.
After checking out the town sea front with nothing out of the ordinary we went down to the sea water bathing places which are covered at high tide. 
This was the scene down there - the 'children's  pool is to the right of the slipway  and covered with water.
as you can see from the water splashing up the wall swimming this morning would not be recommended until the tide drops.
