Calm and grey morning over Inverness and the Beauly Firth (stitched panorama). Stopped part of the way across the bridge to watch an Otter that was hunting in the firth near the bridge. It would have been a tiny speck in a photo taken with this lens (even smaller than in a previous snap of a distant pair), so I didn't bother.
Was out a lunchtime, and attempting to help a colleague get to grips with a Nikon DSLR. The weather was lovely - sunny, warm and still near flat calm. Extra of the An t-Eilean artwork in one of the Inverness Campus lochans, catching some of that sunlight.
