Silly Saturday: The Megalong Open
This annual family event is undoubtedly silly.
We play on the paddocks at the farm and instead of holes you need to hit specified trees.
Traditionally it is held around Christmas, but apart from trying to get everyone organised at that busy time, last year it was 38C so it has been moved to October. The weather was perfect today.
This year's theme was "come as one of your relatives".
Andy (pictured) seems to think he has some bushranger heritage.
Mr isbi (extra) is trying to emulate a inner city hipster (nephew Ewan).
Despite the presence this year of JD, reputedly an accomplished golfer, Graham won the event. The quality of the course tends to bring the better players back to the field.
I didn't play. Just took photos and fed people.
