Colours

A run out in the motorhome for a birthday picnic, a beautiful drive despite the rain and pleased we did something different. When our visitors left they forgot to take their coughs and sneezes leaving me feeling bedraggled (what a strange word) for the last couple days. It was good to get out and great to come home to a fire and I hope an easy meal later on. We bought lemon sole, scallops and a couple packs of hot smoked salmon yesterday, some of the salmon for the picnic the rest for this evening although it might have been cheaper to eat out. I think I feel 'all socialised out' this weekend and happy for a quiet evening. Not too many though!

This was taken on the hill road - narrow - from Torloisk to Dervaig, I'm pleased with the colour as seen on the iPad, John has an old tweed jacket this colour, he rarely wears it but can't let it go.
