Before the storm

We walked from Langdale up over the top to Grasmere this morning...a couple of hours. And we stayed dry!

In the photo you can see Tam and Jim walking through the bracken...with Grasmere lake and Rydal Water in the picture too.

After a spot of lunch in Grasmere the weather changed! We walked back to Langdale, via Red Bank in the POURING rain!

It was quite warm though, and our Gortex kept us dry!
