Out of the box exhibition in Ghent, trying to think 'out of the box' by placing objects in a new context. Here the skeleton of a baleen whale in the St. Peters' cathedral. Darwinism and creationism in the same place. In the middle ages the washing ashore of whales was considered a prelude to a bad time. Wonder if people turned to church then. Anyway, a whale skeleton in a cathedral works for me....
