A change of pace

Other family members are taking my place for two days in the situation I've been involved with since October 2, as Bella and Evan are staying with me while their parents are working out of town. Evan fought sleep, did not fall asleep till 3 a.m. and refused to enter the bedroom at all. He reminds me so much of Bella at his age. Bella, on the other hand, enjoyed her "science projects" in the kitchen: watching how oil, water, and food coloring mix (and don't).
