Thanks for all the comments, stars and heart on my picture yesterday. The odd thing is that having taken it, faffed with it, and uploaded it all from my phone which, of course, has a pretty small screen, I didn't really see the picture properly myself until this morning!

Shopping this morning and rugby this afternoon (good result) so no photos taken until I got home. This is a beer that I used to drink a few years ago but it would seem it stopped being sold in the UK. I spotted it for sale in a specialist beer shop in York yesterday so had to buy myself a few. For anyone used to the 'normal' Hoegaarden this might come as a shock; at 8.5% alcohol it is more than twice as strong, but a good 'sipping' beer and certainly one to be treated with respect. I'm now off to respect it.
