Beetroot and Rainbow Chard

A long-overdue tidy up at the allotment, with help from the troops - fruit bushes pruned, tomatoes uprooted, courgettes complete, the remainder of the onions and shallots brought home, a few potatoes, rainbow chard and beetroot. 

I saw another lady with a big box of rainbow chard.  I asked her for some tips, but it didn't sound any more exciting than what I have managed.
