Perfect day

Another house visit today. Blue skies, perfect temperature.

L and I wait for the new owners to turn up - someone, some two who will fall in love with it as we did. Such a great house, a happy house, such a kind place. So many plays, books, screenplays, songs have been written here, finished here. Unwell people feel better, insomniacs sleep sounder, wounds begin to heal. If a house could be said to be positive, this one surely is. It has good bones and a great big heart.
