Scarborough Castle

We decided we wanted to try walk to Scarborough Castle from our hotel. I wish we didn't at the time because honestly I was EXHAUSTED. But now that I'm sat at home in my bed typing about how lovely the day was, I'm glad we did. It was worth the exhaustion- it was worth the money- it was worth anything as long as I was there with him. (Cheesy I know). I wish we could go back to this day because it was such a nice get away- I loved the walk around the ruins of the castle, specifically the Roman Signal Station where he kept making silly little jokes to himself to try impress me (we were a fairly new couple at this point).
