Rainy day abstract

What a day - rainfall and wind warnings, so I thought I'd better post early in case we lose power.  I took a shot of raindrops through the car window with the colourful background of "The Wardrobe" wall.  Decided to play a bit with perspective, combining images, saturation, and an oil paint filter, and it's not even noon yet!   I usually don't get to my photos until later in the day.
I love to see the first light coming, but I it was a long time coming this morning.  It's still very dark.  The time changes next weekend.  I do prefer it to be a bit lighter in the morning.  I'm just glad I'm not commuting anymore - it used to be pitch black both going to and coming home from work.
