Anticipation

A late evening blip as I arrived home late from the WI Quiz Night. It was a good evening in our beautiful Old Barn Hall.. The event started with a meal provided by a caterer, but we brought our own drinks and glasses. We found the questions difficult and there were a lot about films which didn't suit us, but we came sixth which wasn't too bad.
Earlier in the day I visited a "Creative Fibres Open Day" in the Village Hall up on Box Hill. It was an informal day with crafters sitting quietly and industriously, happy to talk about what they were doing. There were some unusual crafts and I came home encouraged to start a new project.
It is still very windy outside, with leaves blowing everywhere.
