Watched the Kenny Everett drama on BBC4 tonight followed by the best of the Kenny Everett Television Programme. I was transported back to Monday nights when I was a kid!

This is Marcel Wave, Kenny's French caricature - loved the fact he covered his beard as Marcel but not has his female characters such as Verity Treacle and Cupid Stunt! Cupid Stunt - allegedly the BBC rejected that character being called Mary Hinge.....
