One very lucky chap!

This chap had bit of an argument with a lorry and not surprisingly came off worse.

He brought me his original scans and this is the one that just sends shivers down my spine every time I view it.

It's an image of the top of his neck and shows the fracture line straight through the odontoid peg of C2.

He's made a full recovery and has to be one of the luckiest people I know.
