At the Allotment

I spent a peaceful couple of hours this afternoon weeding and pottering about at the allotment.  Some things are starting to look a bit ropey but all still very colourful with the nasturtiums and even a few cornflowers on the go. I picked some more big juicy blackberries and the last of the pom-pom dahlias then went home to make broccoli and cheese soup.   I never get tired of this view from the top gate.
