"All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts"
- As You Like It, Act 2 Sc VII (William Shakespeare)

They call it 'homecoming', the significance of which should not be underestimated. This is my twentieth year at this school, and it is fair to say that I have taught many of the men and women who came today to fill the theatre, stand for roll call, year by year,  to watch the choir perform, meander the corridors, walk on the plateau;  visit their memories.  I look at their faces and see the teenager - but the angst has morphed into confidence, the questions in to answers.  This year's graduating class will look this same way, some day, though they don't know it yet.
