West Side Highway

Struck by the odd juxtaposition of the mounty against the backdrop of the massive Intrepid on the way down to work today. I had this image strike me.., the horse and the cop both were looking right toward me at the base of the ship.. And a split second later I thought "Blip". I missed the money shot in that split second. But this is the miss anyway... It's what I got out there today. Is it a Blip Blooper?!
