Feel The Force

Storm Brian has certainly left the rivers and streams bursting. We actually managed a short walk WITH CHILDREN!
To be fair, the rain was falling horizontally across the fells so we headed to the wonderful Old Dungeon Ghyll bar at Langdale.
This afternoon everyone pitched in to cook a lovely roast dinner. Even Poppy and Lois helped out by peeling the carrots and parsnips.
D and the children are down in the 'pit' watching the Grand Prix, the more refined members of the group are up in the sitting room watching strictly.
