Cathédral de Maguelone

I am recently returned from a most magical and exhilarating performance of Handel's Messiah in the dramatic setting of Maguelone Cathedral; it is a wonderful setting. We had been well rehearsed and it all came together at the right time. It was one of those rare occasions (choral singers will understand) when choir, orchestra and conductor become one body, all responding and moving together. We had a large and appreciative audience and everyone came away happy.
