We crossed the border with ease, as you can see. Having left Stroud at six thirty am, we made it to Argyll in around eleven hours, with plenty of stops along the way. Driving around the M42 was an unwelcome diversion, but apart from that we had few hold ups.

Good to be back home again! We are staying with my sister near Oban, in the house of my teenage years
