A Writer's Life

Clowns

Things said today:
Don’t squeeze his face!
Don’t lie on top of him!
Don’t squish him!
Oli, stop using your brother as a tam-tam!

You’d think Henri would have complained while his brother “played” with him, but no. I was saying all that for no reason as the baby was laughing his head off.

Today didn’t go according to plan, because planning with a sleep-deprived, nap-refusing toddler, and an infant, is impossible. I wanted to pay my respect to two great men who died lately, but could only manage to attend one wake... not much I could do about it, even though I really tried. But naps and feeds won.
