All over the Toronto sign there are hundreds of comments by the citizens. Many of them about how multi- cultural the city is and continues to be. Over half of the population of the city were born outside of Canada and over 90 languages are spoken. One of the hospitals Mt Sinai will try and get an interpreter for you if you don't speak English or French.
