A wee bit blowy!

Bit of an understatement ........ it was still howling & had been all night!

I thought I would try to show just how strong the wind  was ....... so I went into the garden ..... stood in the shelter of the wall & tried to take a photo of one of the Buddleia blooms! Had quite a few attempts ...... this was the only one with the flower still in frame!

We chickened out of a walk in the countryside as the wind was almost blowing me off my feet! So instead we decided on some retail therapy at Springfields ...... a good choice!

I got a great bargain ....... went into one of the shoe shops ....... they had an offer on buy one pair of shoes & get another pair free ....... how could I refuse?! So I got 2 pairs for £25! I also got a lovely warm jacket (from a different shop obviously!) & got a free gift thrown in there too! A successful afternoon! :-)
